Plan Commission Meeting
September 21, 2009
Present: Chairperson Ellis R. Kahn, Commissioner Tom Schoofs, Commissioner Victoria Heideman, Supervisor Allen Hron, Commissioner Jane Korth, Commissioner John Duren, Commissioner William S. Butzlaff, Nancy Boden, zoning secretary, and 14 concerned citizens
Absent: none
Notices: Kewaskum Statesman, West Bend Daily News, WBKV & WTKM Radio stations.
Notices Posted: Kewaskum Community Center, and posting boards at the Van Vechtin Highland Drive Cemetery, and at the Buffalo Cemetery on East Moraine Drive
Chairperson Kahn called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:00pm
The meeting was properly posted and noticed.
Pledge was recited Roll Call was taken
Moved by Hron/Kahn to accepted the minutes from August 17 as printed, motion carried by voice vote 7-0
Public Comment
None
Land Division of Paul & Verna Reindl property T8-0020
The plan commission reviewed the material with engineer Kevin Parish. The plan commission decided that driveway location needed to be showed on the CSM for each lot and a deed restriction needs to be placed on the remaining acreage of T8-0020 to ensure that only 3 additional parcels may be created per current zoning.
Moved by Butzlaff/Heideman to postpone until the October 19th plan commission meeting, the following information is needed:
1. driveway location
2. soil borings located on CSM
3. deed restriction on remaining acreage of T8-0020
4. completed requirement of towns engineer
motion carried by voice vote 7-0
Land Division of Schildt/Kuklinski T8-0004-00C and T8-0004-00D
The plan commission reviewed the information and asked Mr & Mrs Schildt questions about the reason for moving the lot lines.
Moved by Hron/Butzlaff to recommend approval of the CSM to the town board, motion carried by voice vote 7-0
